Butch is a cross between a Belgian Draft Horse and a donkey. He’s a gentle giant who seems to get along with everybody. He is so interested in interacting with people that it’s hard not to love him. He has been dubbed “the Mayor of Little Creek.” Butch has been involved in Parelli Natural Horsemanship training, a program that uses an approach to communicate with horses based on natural equine behaviors. It achieves trust and respect in the horse/human relationship. Butch and his owner have graduated from McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland and have returned to the Atlanta area. We are glad to have them back!
